Summary of Position:

Are you a team player who can handle multiple responsibilities at one? WE are looking for experience individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment to join our kitchen team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using a variety of kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Assembling food orders to completion, cooks to be cross trained on each kitchen station for full knowledge of kitchen operations; stations to include by not limited to: pizza, sandwiches and salads, fryer and grill
  • Practice speedy service while also maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables, shelves, walls, oven, and refrigeration equipment
  • Continue to meet and maintain all food and plate specifications and cook-time standards
  • Coordinating food items from all other parts of the line
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor
  • Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
  • Promptly report equipment and food quality problems to manager
  • Inform manager-on-duty immediately of product shortages
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one-year experience required
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • ServSafe Food Handlers certification or willing to complete within 30 days of employment
  • Have exceptional grooming and hygiene habits

Right now we have opportunities. As a delivery driver, you'll be expected to be courteous and follow the rules of the road - after all, you are representing our business. You may be asked to do some local marketing to build your business and if you have time, help out in the restaurant by answering phones, assembling boxes and possibly washing dishes (Mom would be so proud).

What You Need:

Overview:

To provide quick and efficient service to Fat Cousins' guests by safely transporting orders to their homes or businesses. This position is also responsible for assembling orders, checking them for accuracy and taking phone orders from guests.

Essential Functions:

  • Checks delivery orders for to ensure accuracy before leaving the restaurant
  • Safely delivers orders to guests within the time frame quoted
  • Itemizes and totals guest orders utilizing the restaurant Point of Sale system
  • Accurately accepts payment and returns change to the guest
  • Maintains cleanliness of counters, floors, and equipment in the delivery/dispatch area
  • Maintains own vehicle, so that it is safe and complies with all state motor vehicle regulations
  • Maintains own records of driver's license and auto insurance according to company standards and state auto insurance regulations
  • Answers the restaurant telephone and takes guest orders for delivery or take-out
  • Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Hangs marketing materials on residential doors during slower sales periods to generate sales

Summary of Position:

Supervise shifts and/or work areas in the operation of Cisco's Pizza to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete understanding of all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
  • Oversee that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standard
  • Accurately fill out opening, closing, and prep work lists, assist other staff members to complete tasks on the various lists
  • Actively manager other staff members by working hands on in making food, servicing customers, and overseeing the coordination of deliveries
  • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
  • Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
  • Continually strive to develop your staff in all areas of customer service and food preparation
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance/cleaning programs
  • Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant's receiving policies and procedures
  • Provide advice and suggestions to General Manager and Assistant Manager as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Have knowledge of service and food, generally involved in at least 1 year of Quick Service Restaurant or high-volume pizza business
  • Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system
  • Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service and employee relation skills
  • Must be detail oriented with the capability to oversee restaurant operations and multiple areas simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to workdays, nights and weekends
  • ServSafe Food Handlers and Managers certification or willing to complete within 30 days of employment
  • Must have the stamina and availability to work 40+ hours per week
